1. What is included in the rental price?

Costs Typically Included:

– Basic taxes and fees: Includes VAT, airport fees, vehicle registration fees, and other basic charges.

– Basic insurance: Usually includes liability insurance or Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a specific deductible.

– Mileage limit: Some companies offer a certain number of kilometers per day for free. Exceeding this limit may incur additional charges.

– Emergency assistance: 24/7 assistance service in case of vehicle breakdowns or minor issues.

Costs Not Typically Included and May Incur Extra Charges:

– After-hours service charges: Picking up or dropping off the car outside regular business hours may incur additional fees.

2. Does the driver speak English?

Our drivers may not be fluent in English, but we provide 24/7 customer. support to assist you during your journey. Our support team can help with communication, translating requests, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout your trip

3. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

3.1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Customers receive a full refund if they cancel within the specified timeframe.
– Short term (1 days) 
– Long term (at least 2 days)

Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within a shorter timeframe (e.g., less than 24 hours before the service), the company may provide a partial refund or retain a cancellation fee.

3.2. No Refund Policy
– Last-Minute Cancellations: If customers cancel too close to the service start time (e.g., within a few hours), the company may not issue any refund due to the inability to reschedule or sell the service to another client.
– Fixed Cancellation Fee: Maybe charge a standard cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and potential loss.

3.3. Schedule Adjustment Policy
– Free Adjustments: Customers to reschedule the service date or time without charge if sufficient advance notice is given.
– Adjustment Fee: Changes made too close to the scheduled time may incur additional fees, depending on company policy and driver availability.

3.4. Force Majeure Conditions

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure: We will be lenient in situations such as natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond the customer’s control. In these cases, a full refund may be issued, or rescheduling without a fee may be offered.

3.5. Special Policies for Long-term Rentals

Long-term Chauffeur Services: For multi-day chauffeur services, companies often require a longer notice period (e.g: 7 days) to qualify for a full refund.

4. Does your car have child seats as I have young children?

Yes, we can provide child seats for your journey if you are traveling with young children. It is important to let us know in advance so we can ensure the appropriate seats are available and properly installed.

5. What documents are required for renting a car with a driver?

– Identification: A valid passport or national ID to confirm your identity.

– Visa or Travel Permit: Proof of a valid visa or travel permit, especially for international customers.

– Contact Information: Details such as your phone number and address for communication purposes.

6. Do I need my driver's license for renting RCV car?

No, a driver’s license is not required to use a Chauffeur drive service, as the vehicle comes with a professional driver provided by the company. Passengers only need to provide personal identification, such as a passport or ID card, and any necessary documents related to booking and payment.

7. What are the service operation hours?

We have customer support service 24/7 and Driver’s working hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a daily limit of 200 km. Any services provided outside of these hours or exceeding the distance limit will incur additional charges. A travel log is maintained for each day.

9. What payment methods are accepted?

These typically include credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash payments.

10. Do your company have one - way rental service?

Rental Car Vietnam offers flexible one-way car rental, which allows you to rent a vehicle at one location and return it to another one. The rental rate to go one way may also be higher than if returning to the same location the car was picked up at the starting point.

12. What happens if the vehicle have an accident?

If there’s an emergency or an issue with the car, driver will try to solve the problem and contact customer support, available 24/7. We’ll make sure you’re safe, then help you get back on your way.
